The Guest Experience
One unique profile.
Five spaces. Every stay.

InTune reads the guest at check-in. That single reading flows through every experience — deepening with each night, each session, each return visit.

A New Category
A destination that listens,
remembers, and transforms.

WellNest is a living system; every space tuned to the nervous system of the guest who enters it. Built in partnership with the world's leading wellness technology developers and validated across 4,000+ clinical sessions, it represents a new standard for what hospitality can do to the human body.

173 nervous systems read as one room. HRV coherence and respiratory phase tracked continuously across all participants. Collective EEG entrainment activates in phase two. Protocol co-developed with the Institute for Advanced Consciousness Studies — extending Leonardo Christov-Moore, PhD's research on the body as the substrate of regulated awareness.

One shared state.

Eight vibroacoustic stations. One synchronized field. HRV phase-coupling measured across every participant and fed back into the session — individual regulation resolving into group physiology. Protocol developed with IACS, drawing from the lab's immersive-multisensory and heart-brain coherence research.

Audio Pipeline · Two paths. Same destination.

Option A — Analog
Direct signal · Pure path
+Pure, unprocessed signal path. No digital conversion between source and speaker.
+Simple, proven hardware. Amplifier + speaker wire. Nothing to configure or network.
+Lower cost per room. Standard components available everywhere.
One cable per speaker run. More wire in walls, more labor per room.
Harder to scale to event space with many zones.
Option B — Dante
Networked audio · Infinite scale
+Any source routes to any speaker in software. Zone changes are a click, not a rewire.
+One Ethernet cable per device. Power + audio + control on the same wire (PoE).
+Scales cleanly from one room to 100 rooms with no additional wiring infrastructure.
Requires network infrastructure and Dante-enabled devices (higher per-unit cost).
Adds a technology layer that must be configured and maintained.
Recommendation: Start with analog for the pilot room. It keeps the signal pure, the cost low, and the install fast. Spec the network infrastructure to support Dante from day one, so the upgrade path is already built in when we scale to multi-room or event space deployment.

Journey

Arrival → Deceleration → Listening → Reflection → Resonance → Integration

"Not built on the premise that AI has consciousness. Built on the idea that a well-designed interface can induce receptivity, activate reflection, and amplify internal processes."

Passive — hang on a daylight wall. Runs on its own. Softens the electromagnetic noise of the room.

Active — connect to audio. Music and breath cues become a felt field across the room, not just heard.
